This paper collage was a gift to a dear friend on her first visit to Canada. I was honoured she chose Nova Scotia as her first taste of Canadian culture. Originally from Belarus, Hanna and I met while working for the same company in New York. I enjoyed her quick wit and sense of humor right away.  During her visit to Nova Scotia we tasted all the seafood delights, visited Peggy's Cove and spent a day in lovely Lunenburg. We watched a parade, took photos on the wharf, enjoyed a meal at the Salt Shaker Deli and visited many gift shops along Lincoln Street.
